About Indigo Knees
Scraped knees, a childhood constant. But for my cousin and me, the sting was connected to a ritual of healing and re-membering. Using the indigo crop harvested by our enslaved ancestors on the island that she had left, our grand mother fashioned a remedy for us. In those moments where she rubbed the cool blue paste in our wounds, she taught us about the way that the present consistently touches and co-exists with the past and the way that our (his)stories often contain the very mechanisms for repair and growth that we seek.
In my practice, this memory guides me as I provide individual and organizational learning and development experiences that illuminate our innate values, strengths and expertise as we co-create rituals that forge the world we want to see.
Why Choose Indigo Knees?
Dr. DiAquoi has a nearly supernatural ability to ignite individual, interpersonal, and organizational change from within. While her knowledge is comprehensive and her expertise is unrivaled, what makes her truly peerless is not her ability to teach information or skills, but rather to illuminate capacities you didn't even know you already possessed. Working with Indigo Knees will remind you of the best possible version of who you are.
