Dr. Raygine DiAquoi is a Harvard-trained sociologist of education with over 15 years of experience in equity focused organizational change efforts and holistic DEIB planning, implementation and support. She has partnered with communities, school districts and schools, colleges and universities, hospital systems and government agencies. Her work has included equity action plans, curriculum development and review, design and delivery of learning programs, program and policy design, creation and implementation of bias response systems, and culture assessment. She is most proud of her work with school leaders in Haiti, sharing asset based approaches to collecting data for school improvement efforts and her work facilitating community workshops on equitable educational practices for over 700 faculty, staff, parents, students, school leaders and community members in a local school district.
