Dr. Raygine DiAquoi is a Harvard-trained sociologist of ​education with over 15 years of experience in equity ​focused organizational change efforts and holistic DEIB ​planning, implementation and support. She has partnered ​with communities, school districts and schools, colleges ​and universities, hospital systems and government ​agencies. Her work has included equity action plans, ​curriculum development and review, design and delivery ​of learning programs, program and policy design, creation ​and implementation of bias response systems, and culture ​assessment. She is most proud of her work with school ​leaders in Haiti, sharing asset based approaches to ​collecting data for school improvement efforts and her ​work facilitating community workshops on equitable ​educational practices for over 700 faculty, staff, parents, ​students, school leaders and community members in a ​local school district.
