Listening Circles can be facilitated for your ​institution to foster productive conversations ​across ideological differences and promote ​collaborative problem solving. Workshops ​can also be designed to teach frameworks for ​designing and facilitating effective listening ​circles so that participants feel empowered to ​create spaces that foster empathy and ​understanding across divides.
